9.3 Governance Councils

For larger properties or highly fractionalized projects, Asset Avenue may implement Governance Councils, a semi-decentralized layer of elected or appointed experts who help vet proposals, mediate disputes, and interface with third-party professionals (e.g., auditors, legal counsel).

Councils may include:

• Legal advisors

• Real estate analysts

• Property managers

• Community representatives

These bodies act transparently and are accountable to the SPV DAO members, whose votes can override council decisions in critical matters.
