• Realistic Valuation Metrics: Property token prices are based on third-party appraisals and are re-evaluated periodically, avoiding speculative bubbles.

• Liquidity Pools (Planned): In the future, Asset Avenue will offer token liquidity pools where users can deposit and borrow against tokenized property shares, improving market depth and access to capital.
