7.5 SPV DAO Structure

Each property is managed through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which operates its own DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization). Token holders in each SPV DAO are responsible for:

• Voting on major property decisions (repairs, refinancing, sales).

• Approving budgets or management proposals.

• Selecting service providers or managers if needed.

• Deciding rental policies or tenant selections (in commercial assets).

This micro-governance structure promotes active involvement and decentralization at the asset level. Members must actively manage the property through the DAO to ensure performance and protect investment value.
