Once tokens are purchased, they can be resold via the Resale Hub, a peer-to-peer trading platform embedded into Asset Avenue. It enables:

• Token holders to list their shares at self-defined prices.

• New buyers to acquire shares at market value.

• Instant, on-chain execution using Solana’s fast confirmation times.

This feature introduces real-time liquidity to real estate, an asset class traditionally known for its illiquidity. Sellers can exit positions quickly, while buyers can enter projects at any stage of maturity.

Additionally, these tokens can be used as collateral in Solana-compatible lending protocols, allowing holders to unlock value without selling their shares.
